(Alliance News) - WPP PLC on Monday said it has appointed Crossword Cybersecurity PLC boss Tom Ilube to its board as an independent non-executive director.
Ilube, founder & chief executive of AIM-listed Crossword, is also a non-executive director of the BBC. Other previous roles includes managing director of Markets at Callcredit Information Group, and chief information officer of Egg Banking PLC.
Shares in WPP were up 2.3% at 640.00 pence in London on Monday morning.
