LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital advertising company Crossrider PLC on Monday said it has acquired PC maintenance software product DriverAgent from eSupport.com Inc for USD1.0 million.
The deal, Crossrider said, will boost its business-to-consumer presence and the growth of its app distribution business.
DriverAgent is a device driver search and update service which scans PCs for outdated drivers and is designed for Microsoft Windows operating systems.
"This is a first bolt-on acquisition for Crossrider as we accelerate our growth into the online product and distribution space," said Ido Erlichman, Crossrider's chief executive.
Shares in Crossrider were up 4.7% to 36.65 pence on Monday.
