LONDON (Alliance News) - Speciality chemicals company Croda International PLC said Wednesday that Finance Director Sean Christie will step down after eight years with the company.
To allow time for this successor to be found and for an orderly transition, Christie will remain in his position until April 2015, it said. Croda will begin an "extensive international search" for Christie's successor, it said.
The company said that during Christie's time with the company he has overseen a number of disposals and transactions, including the acquisition of Uniqema for GBP410 million from Imperial Chemical Industries in 2006.
