LONDON (Alliance News) - Specialty chemicals company Croda International PLC on Thursday appointed Anita Frew as its non-executive chairman designate.
She will take up the non-executive directorship with immediate effect and will take over as chairman from Martin Flower in September, Croda said, when Flower is due to retire.
Frew is currently the deputy chairman of Lloyds Banking Group PLC and a senior independent director on the board of engineering company IMI PLC. She is also the former chairman of polymers company Victrex PLC.
