LONDON (Alliance News) - Crimson Tide PLC said on Monday it has won a contract with a large, unnamed UK retailer to provide its mpro5 mobility platform.
The product, mpro5, provides cloud-based synchronisation services to enable companies to schedule jobs remotely.
The mobile business services company said the contract value for the initial pilot period will be worth around GBP200,000. Subject to a successful pilot period, the retailer will deploy mpro5 under a two-year contract worth "a considerably higher value". The total worth of the two-year contract was undisclosed.
The pilot scheme will involve implementing the mobility platform to enable the scheduling of regular cleaning, reactive cleaning and incident capture as well as providing audits and management dashboards.
"Our team has worked diligently in providing a solid business case to our client, which has resulted in this success. I am delighted we are able to assist this household-name customer in transforming its business and ultimately providing true ROI using mpro5," said Barrie Whipp, Crimson Tide's executive chairman.
Crimson Tide shares were up 7.5% to 3.14 pence.
