LONDON (Alliance News) - Crimson Tide PLC saw its shares rise strongly early Tuesday after it said it had won a number of new long-term contracts for its mpro5 out-of-office working software, and said the clients it has signed up provide for global opportunities.
It didn't give a value for the new contract wins, but said the contracts vary in size and are "in line with the company's targets for 2015".
It said mpro5 will be used in logistics, field audit, maintenance and healthcare by clients including Wright Minimix, Nestlé, Aquilant, which is part of United Drug, PMGC and an unnamed Irish organisation with an innovative system for checking food condition through the supply chain.
"There are global opportunities in this list and we have rolled out solutions recently in Australia and are also working towards further systems in Germany and North America," Chairman Barrie Whipp said in a statement.
Crimson Tide shares were up 11.4% at 1.73 pence early Tuesday, making it one of the best-performing stocks in the AIM All-Share index on the day.
