(Alliance News) - CRH PLC on Wednesday said Finance Director Senan Murphy will retire next year, and the Dublin-based building materials company will soon kick off a process to find his replacement.
Murphy will continue in the role until a successor is found and will stay on in an advisory position for a period after that in order to aid the transition.
"The board is initiating a process to identify a successor and will make an announcement once the process is completed," CRH added.
CRH shares were 1.4% lower at 2,814.00 pence each in London on Wednesday morning.
