LONDON (Alliance News) - Marketing communications firm Creston PLC on Friday said it has appointed an interim non-executive chairman after Richard Huntingford left the business.
Huntingford has now stepped down as Creston's chairman, following the announcement of his departure in February.
Creston said good progress has been made on identifying a successor for Huntingford, but said Nigel Lingwood, currently senior independent director, will step in as chairman in the interim.
Shares in Creston were untraded on Friday morning, having last traded at 106.68 pence.
