LONDON (Alliance News) - Consumer credit reporting agency Experian PLC said Wednesday that unit Experian Finance PLC has priced an issue of GBP400 million 2.125% bonds due 2024.
The company said the bond issue extends the maturity of the group's debt portfolio and diversifies its funding sources. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repayment of an upcoming bond maturity.
The bonds will be issued by Experian Finance under the terms of its Euro Medium Term Note Programme, which is guaranteed by parent Experian.
Shares in Experian closed at 1,867.50 pence each, up 0.2%.
