LONDON (Alliance News) - Craven House Capital PLC said Friday that it has agreed to assign the mortgage it holds over the Green Ilse Conference and Leisure to Viridian Hotel Group Ltd for EUR1.5 million.
The 4% yielding mortgage provided it with a monthly income of EUR5,000, Craven House said. It originally acquired its investment in Green Ilse for EUR700,000.
The EUR1.5 million will be paid in two instalments, EUR1 million Friday, and EUR500,000 on or before November 14.
Shares in Craven House closed down 7.6% at 0.416 pence Friday.
