LONDON (Alliance News) - Craven House Capital PLC said Wednesday that Chairman Richard Burrows has stepped down with immediate effect.
Burrows stepped down from his role as its two-year appointment came to an end, the merchant bank said.
Non-Executive Director Mark Pajak will act as interim chairman until the appointment of a new person to cover the vacant role.
Craven shares were untraded at USD4.50 pence each.
