LONDON (Alliance News) - Food producer Cranswick PLC said on Thursday Non-Executive Director Steven Esom has left its board after nearly a decade.
Esom, who was on the board for nine years, has stepped down "in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance".
He was also senior independent director, and this position will now be taken up by Non-Executive Director Mark Reckitt.
Cranswick shares were 0.2% higher Thursday afternoon at a price of 2,906.00 pence each.
