(Alliance News) - Healthcare software firm Craneware PLC on Monday said it has hired Alistair Erskine and David Kemp to the board as non-executive directors.
Erskine, who has joined the company effective immediately, is currently chief digital health officer of US-based not-for-profit healthcare firm Partners HealthCare.
Kemp, who will join the board on March 1, is currently chief financial officer of FTSE 250-listed oilfield services firm John Wood Group PLC. He has held a number of CFO roles and non-executive director positions over the course of his career, Craneware noted.
"We are delighted to welcome two such experienced individuals to the board of Craneware. Alastair's experience both in the clinical and digital operations of US healthcare providers will bring new insights to help guide the evolution of our cloud-based platform, Trisus. David adds strong UK board experience as well as significant merger & acquisition expertise," said Chair Will Whitehorn.
Craneware shares were trading 3.3% lower at 1,949.60 pence each on Monday afternoon in London.
