LONDON (Alliance News) - Countryside Properties PLC on Monday said it appointed Chief Financial Officer Becky Worthington as chief operating officer with immediate effect.
Meanwhile, Financial Controller Mike Scott will become chief financial officer. Scott joined Countryside Properties in December 2014. Prior to that he served in a number of senior financial positions at J Sainsbury PLC.
Worthington joined the FTSE 250-listed housebuilding firm as CFO in August 2015. She will now assume operational leadership for both Housebuilding and Partnerships divisions, Countryside Properties said.
"We are delighted to welcome Becky to the role of group COO. She has been an integral part of formulating and delivering strategy over the last three years," said Chief Executive Ian Sutcliffe.
"In Mike we have a talented and highly experienced finance professional who is fully ready to step up to the CFO role. We are delighted to welcome him to the board," added Ian Sutcliffe.
Countryside Properties shares were trading 0.1% lower on Monday at 345.80 pence each.
