LONDON (Alliance News) - Walker Greenbank PLC said Tuesday it has hired Mike Gant as the company's Chief Financial Officer.
Gant joins from FTSE 250-listed soft drinks firm, Britvic PLC, where he has served as finance director of the GB and International business units since 2009.
He will join the AIM-listed luxury interior furnishings group March 3 2014, taking over from Alan Dix, who has held the position of Group Finance Director for the past nine years. Dix will leave the company at the end of April this after completing a handover period, said Walker Greenbank.
Gant will also join the company's board.

His breadth of international and brand experience will be of great value during the next stages of Walker Greenbank's development. Shares in Walker Greenbank were up 0.05% at 182.1 pence per share Tuesday morning.
