LONDON (Alliance News) - RM2 International SA on Friday named Kevin Mazula as its chief operating officer, effective immediately, and said his first duty will be to oversee its recently-announced deal in China.
The logistics company and developer of the BLOCKpal pallet said Mazula's initial area of focus will be to oversee the manufacturing relationship with Zhenshi Group Holdings Co Ltd, which is a major shareholder in one of the largest manufacturers of fibreglass in the world, China Jushi Co Ltd.
RM2 International and Zhenshi announced the strategic cost-saving manufacturing agreement earlier this month.
RM2 International said Mazula is joining from electronics manufacturer PRIMUS Technologies Corp, where he currently serves as chief commercial officer, and, before that, had been senior vice president of Xerox Corp, the US business services and document technology products company.
Shares in RM2 International were up 4.6% at 34.00 pence on Friday.
