(Correcting mistake made by Oxford Biodynamics in February 26 release.)
(Alliance News) - Oxford BioDynamics PLC last Wednesday said an associate company of Non-Executive Director Stephen Diggle bought GBP30,858 worth of shares.
Vulpes Testudo Fund, which is controlled by Diggle, purchased 38,963 shares at GBP0.792 in a transaction on Tuesday.
Shares in the epigenetic biomarker developer closed 0.6% higher at 84.50 pence each on Monday in London
Separately, on Monday Testudo bought a further 150,000 shares at GBP0.852 for a total of GBP127,800.
Following the transactions, Vulpes Testudo and Vulpes Life Sciences - both controlled by Diggle - hold a total of 12.0 million shares in Oxford Biodynamics, representing around 13% of the company's issued share capital.
