LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------Tesco said five of its directors bought a total of 148,286 shares in the supermarket chain.Chief Executive Officer Dave Lewis bought 50,000 shares at 213.7 pence for GBP106,850. Chief Financial Officer Alan Stewart purchased the same amount of shares at the same price.Chairman John Allan bought 22,000 shares in two transactions for a total of GBP47,774. Non-Executive Director Alison Platt bought 16,286 shares at 214p for GBP34,933 and Non-Executive Director Mikael Olsson acquired 10,000 shares at 215p for GBP21,540.None of the directors' total holding in the company following the purchase was disclosed.Tesco shares closed up 0.8% at 215.26p. ----------Keystone Law Group said Root Capital Fund II Ltd, classified as a close associate of Non-Executive Director Simon Philips, sold 2.1 million shares at a price of 375 pence per share on Friday. Following this GBP8.0 million transaction, Root now holds 3.2 million shares in Keystone, reflecting a 10.1% stake in the company. Shares in Keystone Law were down 5.2% at 404.00p on Friday.----------Essentra said that Chief Executive Officer Paul Forman bought 20,000 shares in the company. Forman acquired the shares at 394 pence for a total of GBP78,960. His total holding after the deal was not disclosed. Essentra shares closed down 1.0% at 391.20p.----------Town Centre Securities said that Non-Executive Director Michael Ziff sold 50,000 shares in the property investment company. Ziff sold the shares at 270 pence each in a deal worth GBP135,000. Following the disposal, he owns 11.8 million shares in the company. Town Centre Securities shares closed up 2.3% at 270.00p each.----------Old Mutual said Non-Executive Director Ingrid Johnson sold shares worth GBP2.5 million during the week. On Monday, Johnson sold 633,443 shares at a price of 163.426p each, for a total of GBP1.0 million. Then, on Tuesday, she sold 220,174 shares at 159.0535p each for a total of GBP350,194. On Wednesday, Johnson sold 679,826 shares at a price of 159.5966p each, for a total of GBP1.1 million. Her holding in Old Mutual following the transactions was not disclosed.Shares in the financial services firm closed down 1.9% at 153.40p on Friday in London, and 1.8% lower at ZAR29.55 in Johannesburg.----------
