Lighthouse Properties PLC - Mauritius-based property investor previously named Lighthouse Capital Ltd - Disposes of an additional 111.1 million shares in Hammerson PLC for ZAR765.6 million on Friday last week. This sale is part of Lighthouse's plan to dispose of up to 634.5 million in Hammerson over the next 12 months from May. Over the past two months, Lighthouse sold 277.1 million shares worth ZAR1.82 billion.
