LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed private healthcare provider Spire Healthcare Group PLC said on Tuesday it has appointed Jitesh Sodha as chief financial officer with effect from October 1.
On a permanent, basis, he will be replacing Simon Gordon, who stepped down at the end of March after seven years in the role.
Sodha will be joining from banknotes security provider De La Rue PLC, where he was chief financial officer for three years since August 2015. Prior to that he was chief financial officer of UK fuel distributor Greenergy International for seven and a half years from 2008 to 2015.

He brings a wealth of experience and specific skills that will greatly benefit Spire including his track record in helping companies execute ambitious transformation plans. I am confident that he will be a major asset in delivering our strategy of growing revenues from private patients, whilst continuing to support the NHS," said Chief Executive Officer Justin Ash.
