(Correcting share price change for Doric Nimrod Air Two, which was trading flat, not up 0.2%)
(Alliance News) - Doric Nimrod Air Two Ltd and Doric Nimrod Air Three Ltd on Wednesday both appointed new chairs.
The two Guernsey-based investment company that leases aircraft hired Fiona Le Poidevin as Doric Nimrod Air Two chair and Andreas Tautscher as Doric Nimrod Air Three chair, replacing Geoffrey Hall and Charles Wilkinson respectively.
Hall and Wilkinson have stepped down the board and as chairs as a result, while Le Poideven and Tautscher will assume their roles as chair from March 1.
The changes are part of the board's succession planning process, said both companies.
Shares in Doric Nimrod Air Two were flat at 106.75 pence each in London on Wednesday morning, while shares in Doric Nimrod Air Three were down 0.1% to 54.18p each.
