LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

Peel Hunt said it acted as the bookrunner as Peter Johnson sold a 27.3% stake in Park Group, the company he founded and chairs, for GBP32.6 million.
The chairman placed 50.2 million shares in Park Group, a multi-retailer voucher and prepaid gift card business, at 65.0 pence each, in an accelerated bookbuild with institutional investors.
Arden Partners was the lead manager on the placing.
The stake was held through the 1989 Peter Johnson Settlement Trust, Huntress Nominees, and the Johnson Foundation. Following the placing, the Trust, Huntress and the Foundation no longer hold any shares in the company.
The chairman has a beneficial interest in the 1989 Peter Johnson Settlement Trust and Huntress Nominees, and a non-beneficial interest in the Johnson Foundation.
Shares in Park Group closed down 13% at 65.00p on Tuesday.

FastForward Innovations said it has raised USD4.8 million through the placing of 39.67 million shares at a price of 8 pence each, which it will use to put towards making investments and general working capital.
The share placing follows FastForward's announcement on Monday that it has agreed to buy an additional 527,059 shares in VEMO Education Inc, taking its interest in VEMO to 12.5%, and said it plans to appoint founder of VEMO, Lorne Abony, to its board as a director.
Abony, along with FastForward directors Stephen Dattels, Jim Mellon and Ian Burns all participated in the placing. Dattels acquired 4.8 million shares, taking his interest in the company to 12.9 million shares or a 13.3% stake, whilst Mellon bought 1.2 million shares, taking his interest to 9.3 million shares or a 9.6% stake.
Burns bought 123,193 shares, taking his interest to 1.4 million shares or a 1.4% stake.
Abony bought 16.4 million shares, taking his interest to 20.7 million shares or a 21.47% stake.
Shares in FastForward Innovations closed up 8.4% at 10.30p Tuesday.

Kromek Group said its new chairman, Peter Williams, bought 30,000 shares at a price of 34.5 pence per share Tuesday. The purchase is his only holding after assuming the role in September. Williams is the former chairman of technology tools and systems company Oxford Instruments and was a senior independent non-executive director of engineer GKN. He also is currently the chairman of the Daiwa Anglo Japanese Foundation, a charity which supports closer links between the UK and Japan. Shares in the radiation detection technology company closed up 3.7% at 34.37p Tuesday.

N Brown Tuesday said Chief Executive Officer Angela Spindler bought 23,782 shares at a price of GBP2.928 per share on Monday. Following this transaction Spindler has an interest in 75,295 shares, or a less than 1.0% stake.. The stock closed up 1.6% at 304.00p Tuesday.

UDG Healthcare said Non-Executive Director Chris Brinsmead sold 2,500 shares at a price of GBP5.635 each on Tuesday. Following this transaction, Brinsmead holds 12,500 shares, which represents 0.01% stake in the firm. Shares in the healthcare services provider closed up 0.3% at 567.00p Tuesday.

Hunting said Non-Executive Director John Hofmeister bought 15,000 shares at a price of 288.5 pence per share Monday. Following this transaction, Hofmeister's beneficial holding increased to 25,000 shares, representing 0.017% of the issued share capital. Shares in the oil engineering products provider closed down 0.2% at 230.50p Tuesday.

Property developer U&I Group said Non-Executive Director Barry Bennett bought 20,000 shares at a price of 237 pence per share Monday. Following this transaction, Bennett holds 35,000 shares, which represents 0.028% stake. The stock closed down 0.2% at 230.50p Tuesday.

Alliance Pharma said Non-Executive Director Nigel Clifford bought 33,370 shares at .95p each last Thursday. He now holds 180,663 shares. The stock closed down 0.3% at 43.87p Tuesday.

Jupiter Fund Management said Company Secretary Adrian Creedy sold 100,000 shares at a price of 455.87 pence per share on Monday. Following the transaction, Creedy holds a beneficial interest in 1.5 million shares in the investment manager. Jupiter's shares closed down 0.8% at at 442.00p Tuesday.

Imagination Technologies Group said Non-Executive Director Andrew Heath bought 37,710 shares at a price of GBP1.316 per share Monday. Following this transaction, Heath holds 58,387 shares. Shares in the software and intellectual property licensing company closed up 1.9% at 131.50p Tuesday.

Harworth Group said Chairman Jonson Cox sold 150,000 shares at a price of 13.06 pence per share Monday. Following this transaction, Cox holds 8.7 million shares, which represents 0.296% of Harworth's issued share capital. Shares in the land regeneration and property development company closed down 1.4% at 12.70p Tuesday.
