(Correcting the name of the seller due to a mistake made by the issuer.)
LONDON (Alliance News) - Polypipe Group PLC Thursday said Joanne Sabin, a person connected to Chief Financial Officer Peter Shepherd, sold 131,482 shares at a price of 315.551 pence per share Wednesday.
The deal is worth about GBP413,000 gross.
Following this transaction Sabin holds 600,000 shares in the company.
Shares in the pipe maker close up 0.4% at 315.00p Thursday.
