LONDON (Alliance News) - Laird PLC Tuesday said its Finance Director Jonathan Silver exercised options over 90,429 shares at a price of 124.90 pence.
Silver subsequently sold 67,009 shares at 124.90 pence, and transferred 23,420 shares to Carolyn Silver.
The electronic devices company said that following the transaction, Silver holds 545,428 shares or 0.2% of the company.
Shares in Laird were trading down 1.1% at 244.60 pence Wednesday afternoon.
