LONDON (Alliance News) - Independent Investment Trust PLC said Tuesday managing director Max Ward sold 600,000 shares in the company on Tuesday.
Independent Investment said it had purchased the shares from Ward as part of its share buyback programme, at a price of 365.00 pence per share for a total consideration of GBP2.2 million.
Independent Investment said following the sale Ward's total holding is 4.6 million shares, which represents a 8.3% stake.
Shares in Independent Investment closed down 3.2% at 365.00p on Tuesday.
