(An item published January 21, 2014, misstated the managing director's name and incorrectly stated his total holding belonged to another director. The correct version follows.)
LONDON (Alliance News) - Centaur Media PLC Tuesday said Managing Director Andrew Evans acquired 210 partnership shares at a price of GBP0. 59375 per share and received 105 matching shares Monday.
Following this transaction, Evans holds 106,918 shares, which represents 0.07480% of the issued share capital.
The company also said HR Director Kathleen Jones and company secretary Claire Baty acquired 211 partnership shares, 105 matching shares and 211 partnership shares and 106 matching shares respectively at the same price Monday.
Shares in the business information provider were untraded Tuesday midday.
