(An item published at 1612 GMT misstated Russell's total shareholding. The correct version follows.)
LONDON (Alliance News) - 1PM PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Ron Russell bought 15,000 shares at a price of 63 pence per share.
The company also said Russell bought 25,907 shares at 62.65p each on Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Russell has an aggregate holding of 7.3 million shares. UK Private Healthcare Ltd, a company of which Russell is a director and with which he is connected by virtue of a 25% shareholding, has an interest in 622,950 shares in the company.
1PM shares closed at 65.00p, up 5.7% Thursday.
