LONDON (Alliance News) - Creston PLC said Thursday that, while it is still early in the year, it is trading in line with expectations for the full-year, as it saw revenue rise in the quarter to the end of June.
The marketing communications company posted a 3% increase in revenue, with revenue excluding acquisitions up 2%, driven by client wins in the prior year and growth in its international work for existing clients.
The company said its new business performance in the first quarter has been good, with activity in line with the previous year, and it added new clients and digital assignments.
The company won new business with Activision Publishing Inc, Bentley Motors Ltd, and the United State Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, amongst others.
Creston said its recent acquisitions, Walnut Group and Liberation Communications, are performing well.
Shares in Creston were trading down 0.3% at 104.55 pence Thursday morning.
