(Alliance News) - Blue Planet Investment Trust PLC on Thursday said shareholders voted against a motion to authorise the company's voluntary winding up.
The vote supported the recommendation of the company board against winding up, according to a Blue Planet director.
Blue Planet said 98% of votes cast rejected the proposal at the annual general meeting.
All other motions, including those re-elect Russell Frith, Victoria Killay and Kenneth Murray as directors all passed.
