(Alliance News) - Aviation services group Air Partner PLC said Monday its Air Evacuation divison has entered a strategic partnership with emergency response company Northcott Global Solutions.
Under the partnership, Air Partner will become NGS's preferred emergency air charter supplier, and will also allow the group to leverage NGS's capabilities in medical provision, ground and martime security to its own existing customers.
Air Partner's Air Evacuation business provides 24-hour air evacuation planning and implementation services around the world.
"We are delighted to have entered into this agreement with NGS, which is further progress against our long-term strategy to enhance or extend the services and capabilities we offer our customers. Air Partner is committed to delivering comprehensive solutions and this partnership enables us to further grow our Air Evacuation offering," said Chief Executive Officer Mark Briffa.
"NGS shares our mission to consistently exceed customers' expectations and I very much look forward to working with the team for the benefit of our combined customer base," Briffa added.
Shares in Air Partner were up 3.6% at 87.54 pence on Monday.
