LONDON (Alliance News) - Coro Energy PLC said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Andrew Dennan will join the company's board.
Dennan jointed the company in January 2018.
The South East Asian focused exploration and production company also said that Ilham Habibie will step down from the board to rationalise his portfolio of non-executive directorships.
Habibie, who will step down on Friday, will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity. He was recently appointed Chairman of PT Bank Muamalat Ltd.
Shares in the company were flat at 2.1 pence each on Thursday afternoon.
