LONDON (Alliance News) - Corero Network Security PLC on Tuesday said it secured an order for its SmartWall Threat Defense System from an unnamed German regional internet and telephone services provider.
The deal is worth USD300,000 and follows a successful proof-of-concept trial, Corero said.
"This deal, at more than twice the size of previous contracts, represents our first regional service provider win. We are confident we can continue to grow our market share in Germany," said Ashley Stephenson, Corero's chief executive.
Corero shares were up 3.6% to 25.38 pence.
