(Alliance News) - Cybersecurity firm Corero Network Security PLC on Tuesday announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Andrew Miller.
Miller will step down from the role "in the coming months" to take up a position at a private equity business. However, he will remain as a non-executive director at Corero.
The Uxbridge-based company is now looking to find a replacement as CFO.
Chair Jens Montanana said: "Andrew has been a valued member of our management team as CFO since 2010 and has made a significant contribution to the business. I would like to thank him on behalf of the board for his dedicated service.
"I am however pleased to confirm that we will continue to benefit from Andrew's expertise as a non-executive director of Corero once his executive duties end and I look forward to providing an update on the appointment of a CFO in due course."
Shares were untraded on Tuesday in London, last quoted at 4.90 pence each.
