LONDON (Alliance News) - Security software provider Corero Network Security PLC on Wednesday said it has integrated its services with US network infrastructure company Verisign Inc's OpenHybrid security platform.
Under the deal, Corero's on-premises security technology will be integrated with Verisign's own cloud-based distributed denial-of-service protection platform.
No financial details on the partnership were disclosed.
"This collaboration with Verisign further underscores the momentum in the market for a hybrid approach to DDoS defence," said Dave Larson, Corero's chief technology officer."Further, the technology integration between the two organisations is an example of combining best-of-breed solutions in both categories in order to better defend customers against DDoS attacks with real-time defence technology."
Corero shares were up 9.6% to 14.25 pence on Wednesday, one of the best performers in the AIM All-Share.
