LONDON (Alliance News) - Coral Products PLC Wednesday said it has been reappointed by the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation and the Central Buying Consortium to supply a range of products under a two year framework agreement, with the option to extend for a further two years.
The recycling box manufacturer did not disclose the financial details of the deal.
Coral said the contract as those previously announced in its interim results in December mean it is now able to tender for more public authority business than ever before.
However, the inclusion on such framework agreements does not, in itself guarantee any revenue, it added. At the time of its results the firm said revenue had dipped to GBP8.8 million along with pretax profit.
"It does, however, allow the group to tender for contracts of real value as they are issued by the purchasing bodies," Coral said.
The stock was trading at 10.50 pence Wednesday morning, up 0.25 pence or 2.4%.
