Coppel Replaces Geller As Dolphin Capital Investors Chairman

LONDON (Alliance News) - Dolphin Capital Investors Ltd said Tuesday that Independent Non-Executive Chairman Laurence Geller has resigned from the board, and Non-Executive Director Andrew Coppel has been promoted to replace him.

Additionally, the company said that non-executives David Heller and Justin Rimel have resigned with immediate effect, and the company said it plans to commence a search process for additional non-executive directors.

Shares in Dolphin Capital Investors were down 3.7% at 9.88 pence Tuesday morning.
