LONDON (Alliance News) - The Conygar Investment Company PLC Wednesday said it has obtained a resolution to grant planning permission for its development at Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire in Wales.
The property investment and development group said Pembrokeshire County Council resolved to grant permission for 729 residential properties and a 60,000 square foot Sainsbury's retail food store with car park and petrol filling station. The application also includes land for a school and public open space.
The company said the terms of a final agreement had been agreed in principle with the council.
"Conygar will now work with Sainsbury's towards satisfying all outstanding conditions in their conditional sale agreement after such time development can commence," the company said in a statement.
Conygar's shares were up 0.4% at 126 pence Thursday morning.
