LONDON (Alliance News) - Conygar Investment Co PLC on Monday said it has secured a resolution to grant planning permission for its Llandudno Junction development in Wales.
Conwy County Borough Council has given the company permission for a new superstore and restaurant development at the site. Conygar said formal granting of the planning permission is due soon.
"We are pleased that our planning application for the proposed retail and leisure development at Llandudno Junction has been approved by the planning committee," said Robert Ware, Conygar's chief executive.
Shares in Conygar were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 166.30 pence.
