LONDON (Alliance News) - Property development group The Conygar Investment Company PLC Wednesday said the Isle of Anglesey County Council has granted planning consent for its Holyhead Waterfront project.
The proposed development, which is a joint venture with Stena Line Ports Ltd, consists of 252 waterfront apartments, 74 houses and a 80 bed hotel. There will also be a 500 berth marina, parking and winter boat storage in addition to a sail training/youth centre.
The stock was trading at 173.00 pence Wednesday morning, up 0.50 pence or 0.3%.
