Constellation Healthcare Picks Up Four New Contracts In The US

LONDON (Alliance News) - Constellation Healthcare Technologies PLC on Thursday said it has signed four new contracts in the US which it expects to boost its annual revenue by USD6 million to USD7 million.

The US healthcare services company said it has signed revenue cycle management contracts in Georgia, Arkansas, California and Louisiana which it expects to see it collect annual billings totalling USD136 million on behalf of 400 doctors.

The deal will boost its annual revenue by USD6 million to USD7 million and it expects its annual earnings before interest, taxation and amortisation to be boosted by USD2 million to USD3 million.

"2015 has got off to an excellent start for CHT. These new contracts represent a step change for us in terms of organic growth and come close on the back of our excellent 2014 results and the successful acquisition of PPP," said Chief Executive Paul Parmar.

Shares in Constellation were up 6.2% to 154.00 pence on Thursday.
