LONDON (Alliance News) - Condor Gold PLC said Wednesday it has settled a long-running legal claim brought against it by former Field and Logistics manager Peter O'Hare, in regards to an injury O'Hare sustained in 2011.
Condor Gold had previously made a payment of GBP90,000 in relation to the case last October, and has now paid a further GBP460,000 in full and final settlement.
The payment of associated legal fees is being discussed, Condor Gold said.
Shares in Condor Gold are trading up 2.5% at 72.25 pence Wednesday afternoon.
