(Alliance News) - Concepta PLC said Wednesday that Chair Matthew Walls will step down by mutual agreement.
The company, which makes home-use fertility tracking and pregnancy testing system myLotus, added that Non-Executive Director Adam Reynolds will take on the role as non-executive chair.
The board changes are with immediate effect.
The company said it has identified and in the final stages of appointing a highly experienced chief executive and additional non-executive director, each with distinguished track record in women's fertility and healthcare.
Adam Reynolds, non-executive chair, said: "The company is poised to announce a number of further births in the coming months and the new management team which will be announced shortly will take us through the next phase of growth."
Concepta shares were up 2.6% in London at 2.00 pence each on Wednesday.
