LONDON (Alliance News) - Communications services provider Coms PLC shares rose on Tuesday morning after the company said it has appointed a new chief executive and chief financial officer.
Coms said Mark Braund will become its chief executive, moving over from recruitment company InterQuest Group PLC, where he held the same position. He has been a non-executive director on Coms' board since March this year.
In addition, to Braund, Coms has made Spencer Dredge its permanent chief financial officer. He has held the role on an interim basis since March.
Shares in Coms were up 8.6% to 0.5701 pence on the news, one of the best performers in the AIM All-Share.
