LONDON (Alliance News) - Coms PLC Monday said it had appointed Finance Director Sue Alexander and Non Executive Directors Diana Dyer Bartlett and Graham Herring to its board with immediate effect, bringing new expertise to the company as it tries to grow its business.
"Diana brings a broad range of corporate experience across diverse sectors and has significant expertise in fundraising and M&A in PLC and private equity environments. Diana will work closely with Sue as Coms continues to undergo significant growth," Chairman Iain Ross said in a statement.
"Graham's in depth knowledge of investor relations together with his understanding of growth company requirements will reinforce the Board's ability to provide our CEO, Dave Breith, and his management team with the necessary support and guidance to build Coms into a substantial business," Ross added.
Coms shares were up 12.5% at 3.88 pence early Monday, one of the biggest gains on AIM.
