Comptoir Confirms Resignation Of Chief Financial Officer Mark Carrick

(Alliance News) - Comptoir Group PLC on Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer Mark Carrick will step down in November.

The operator of Lebanese and Eastern Mediterranean restaurants said Carrick will remain with in his role until November 10 in order to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities. It added that it has begun a process to identify a successor.

In July, Comptoir said Carrick would resign in October. He was hired as finance head in July 2018.

The stock closed 1.5% higher at 3.40 pence each on Tuesday in London.
