LONDON (Alliance News) - Collagen Solutions PLC on Thursday said that the US Food and Drug Administration has approved a product by partner company NovaBone Products LLC.
In a statement, Collagen said NovaBone had a novel device approved by the US FDA, for use in the delivery of its collagen bone graft product MacroFORM.
"Once again, we see the long-term value generation that we can gain by having our collagen embedded into novel products. This impressive innovation by the team at NovaBone around making their collagen products easier to use ensures a commitment to growth of these products within attractive addressable markets. It is anticipated this regulatory approval for NovaBone will have a direct effect on revenues to Collagen Solutions," Chief Executive Stewart White said in a statement.
Collagen shares were untraded in London on Thursday morning, having last traded at 11.57 pence.
