LONDON (Alliance News) - Bottling firm Coca-Cola HBC AG on Tuesday said it will appoint the president of Coca-Cola Co's Latin America operations to its board.
Alfredo Rivera, subject to election at the June 18 annual general meeting, will join Coca-Cola HBC immediately after.
He will replace Ahmet Bozer, who will step down at the AGM.
Coca-Cola HBC shares were 0.9% higher on Tuesday morning at a price of 2,735 pence each.
