(Alliance News) - Coca-Cola HBC AG on Thursday said it will raise new capital through issue of euro denominated 10-year fixed-rate notes.
The company, which bottles Coca-Cola soft drinks said the new notes will be issued under the company's EUR5 billion euro medium term note programme, subject to market conditions.
The notes will be guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC.
Coca-Cola HBC shares were up 4.4% at 2,613.00 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.
