LONDON (Alliance News) - Coca-Cola HBC AG on Wednesday said EUR236.6 million worth of notes were validly tendered under a previously announced tender offer.
The Coca-Cola bottler earlier in May launched a tender offer to buy back EUR800 million of 2.375% notes due 2020. The company has decided to accept all EUR236.6 million worth of notes for repurchase.
Shares in Coca-Cola HBC were up 1.8% higher at 2,789.00 pence each.
