(Alliance News) - Coca-Cola HBC AG on Tuesday said it has appointed Naya Kalogeraki as its chief operating officer.
It's a new role for the bottling company and it added that it allows Chief Executive Officer Zoran Bogdanovic to have a "greater focus on the long term strategic direction of the business".
"Naya Kalogeraki joined the Coca-Cola system in 1996. Naya held a variety of leadership roles on a country level including serving as commercial director and country general manager of the company's operations in Greece and Cyprus," Coca-Cola HBC said.
The appointment is effective on September 1.
Shares in the company closed 1.7% higher at 2,006.00 pence each in London on Tuesday.
